do you randomly choose what appears to be highly-priced (& newer) homes and then just look up zillow for earlier sale price? that would seem to take a lot of time/effort..
For the record this same floor plan is offered by Pardee for $724K plus a load of incentives. The actual value of this place is below $700K and declining.
