Hi I'm Bob Flippa and welcome to "This Old House Flip". We will be investigating detailed examples of flippers attempting to quickly make a profit buying and selling the "American Dream" of owning a home in the San Diego County area. This blog serves to educate potential buyers of the unscrupulous activies of these flippers and will hopefully save you money in the longterm.

The flipper of this property is long gone, having been foreclosed last spring.
This was an REO back in May starting at an asking price of $818k. After several reductions, they were down to $740k. It then disappeared from the MLS until last month with a new asking price of $770k.
Gotta love the warm description in the MLS:
Lender owned home -sold as is - where is.
Hmmm, I wonder what kind of shape it's in.
In this environment, I don't see anything more than the low 700's.
These houses are all so ugly and on suck tiny lots. I guess you dont need to pay for wireless since you will be withing 20 access points. Too crowded!!
