Thank you again for all of these houses. It is giving me hope that I may someday be able to actually buy a house. It is pretty sad when you household income is $150k and you can't afford a home. I sure worry about the impact this will have on the jobs and local economy. They keep saying all is good but with these types of losses the impact will be quite pronouned.
I think there is another unit with this floor plan listed for less than $600K. There is also a REO for sale.
Hang in there anon. It will take time for Bernanke and Greenspan to arrive safely on earth ... would be early 2008 when house price starts to be affordable again.
