Rancho Bernardo, come on down!

You're next up on the 'Price is NOT right'!

O.K. It's time to make a bid on this 'wonderful property'.

Right you are, Bob. I think that everyone else has overbid on this one, so I am just going to bid ONE DOLLAR!

And the actual retail price is..

;)

I love this site as well. I go to it everyday and cannot wait to see what shows up next. Thank you for all of your hard work and keeping us bubblewatchers happily entertained and vindicated we waited to buy until the prices makes sense.

the size of the home is 3,390 sqft, 4 bed/4.5 bath.

I'm glad Bob Flippa featured this home, it is very timely after the 4Closure Ranch series on my blog, especially in regard to part III in which I questioned the legitamacy of a $750,000 purchase of a 1,900 sqft detached condo in 10/2005.

This house Bob is featuring today is asking for $769,888 guys. For 3,380 sqft. Think about it for a minute. A year later the same $750,000 gets you 3,380 sqft instead of 1,900 sqft. If ever there was a rat, this gem is it.

good job Bob, love the blog!`

GReat info for those of us watching from a far. Doesnt the traffic and commute time depreciate property enough. I guess some people dont know what they are missing.
