Oceanside flipper in deep trouble

Nice website Bob. I love the sad stories. One note to the readers though, which I'm sure Bob will confirm. This site, and others give a tiny example here and there of individual houses upside down (asking for less that a previous purchase price). This may give you the false impression that perhaps they are anecdotal and perhaps rare at this point. The fact is, there are literaly hundreds of these all over the county, perhaps over a hundred in Chula Vista alone (where a list price is below what Zillow says was a previous purchase price). All you have to do is go grab fliers and then zillow the house. I just want people to know that these "flippers" in trouble aren't hard to come by. They are out there by the boatload. Bob, if you run out, take a drive down to east Chula Vista, where all the houses are new and by definition upside down! It aint gonna be pretty.

New website needed: www.DesperateFlipperHousewives.com. Let the wives tell how desperate they've become since the equity/money is drying up...cause hubby took out a 2nd on the main residence to buy the flip house (or "invested" the kid's college money, or...).
