That house is horrible. It looks like something from 1959. Still too high but glad to see these prices going down. The more flippers that lose money the quicker the market will head back to normalicy.
Is it just a bad picture, or a really UGLY house. Probably both. How about a new shop. FLIPPERS - YOU LOSE YOUR ASS.
Now, who in their right mind would pay over half a million dollars for this ugly old 'doll' house - I mean DOG of a HOUSE??
Anyway, if I didn't know any better, I would have to say that the garage is married to the living room (or kitchen)..
