$150K loss in 20 months for San Marcos flipper


Almost feel sorry for the guy. One silver-lining is that you won't be the only one, not by a longshot.

At least this guy has somewhat of a clue and realizes his price should be set lower now and not higher. It is still overpriced but at least heading in the right direction. I love this blog

No sympathy from me for the flippers, even if he now might be admitting that "Houston, we have a problem".

Too bad it's 1000 ft from a 6 lane freeway and 500 ft from a brand new set of train tracks that will go operational here in a few months.
