I can't believe how stupid people are. I am sure going to see that $680 and decide that I should pay them 1Mil?? Plus, I would look at this and think they are so desperate I could offer $600k and they would take it.
these folks are doing an 'auction' much like the failed auction of those Bressi model homes.
If Realtors were not allowed to be stupid, we would not have any. Trouble ahead....
Well, does 'entertain' me that they will wine and dine us with the finest of everything - before we tell them we ONLY have $679,000 or $1,050,000 to spend. Oh wait, my banker, EF Nuttin just called and advised not to buy anything. Sorry, but the lobster was great.
