Hi I'm Bob Flippa and welcome to "This Old House Flip". In celebration of Halloween, starting 1 Oct, I will be breaking down most cities and unicorporated areas in San Diego County. We will look at the best and worst in many categories and assign ratings for just how much homes are overpriced in that city and determine the all important "flipper activity meter".
