"Save Me" -- Chula Vista flipper

Remarks:
This flipper is looking at over a $180K loss in less that 19 months. Do I have any volunteers to take this POS off his hands. .....I thought not so we'll have to wait until it hits $500K.
I still don't understand how anyone can buy any house in Chalupa Vista for $900K????

Totally agree!

I would not buy in Chula Vista period. Not even talking about 900K. That is nearly 1 Million. Got to have a bubble head to do such thing.

A storm is brewing today (weather wise and in the housing market), folks!

900k is quite high for a CV home, even though it's over 300 sq. ft. This is an interesting market and it will be even more interesting to see if it really does have a significant drop in the coming years.

This flipper might put very good down payment with very good credit, so he is willing to take a huge loss rather than walking away. But he is very dumb and greedy also, so he still does not get my mercy!!!!

I wouldn't live in cv either but, a lot of white(caucasion) people have been buying there I guess to get closer to their illegal drug connectios

This guy should just let the bank take it back.

I've lived in Chula Vista for three year. I'm white and I don't do drugs, drink or gang bang, thank you very much. I don't get why so many are putting down CV. I don't own a home here. I rent. Can someone please explain what is suppose to be so bad about this town?

I suppose one major issue is if you work north of CV like everyone else then you are on the parking lot (aka northbound 805 & 5) every morning and afternoon. And trust me it is a parking lot. At $3 a gallon, it's an expensive parking lot to drive in, expecially if you drive a gas sucking SUV like everyone else.

I lived in CV for 20 years. As soon as I could buy my own home I got the hell out of there. It seems like it's 95% Hispanic. I don't know if it's the culture or I just happen to always be surrounded by assholes, but everybody from the restaurant cashier to my local dentist gave bad service. Maybe they are pissed off from having to deal with the parking lot freeways anytime they need to do anything. CV is close to nothing except Tijuana. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAQUE!!!!
