Rancho Bernardo flipper not amused

Remark:
9 months ago this flipper thought he could squeeze another drop of profit from this house. Unfortunately he is looking at a $150K loss in 9 months.
This may be harsh but this is the only way we can get rid of these vermon-like flippers that inflict their greed upon hard working Americans.
Prediction:
Will get some looks under $700K

Hopefully someday... flippers will be an almost extinct specie. Then honest people that need housing will not have to compete for housing as if they were on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange trading pork belly futures. This whole housing frenzy has been obscene.

Look at the recent update from Shiller--irrational exuberance, he believes that real property is now in a new era of not just home ownership but investing like a commodity. But he also provides that the future is uncertain because this has never happened on this scale before---speculative buying and selling of real property.

Maybe these parasite flippers will now change their ways, and actually do something good - build something, produce something - rather than trying to just get money out of thin air.
Yes, maybe someday......

Flippers are honest people. They buy a house at an agreed to price, fix it up then sell it. They don't put a gun to anyones head. I don't understand your reasoning. Investing money to make a profit is what America is all about. Your overt anger at honest people makes no sense. You too can buy a home then sell it when you wish.

Bullshirt. Flippers are some of the low-lives; along with vehicle sales-persons.

No "fixing" gets performed -- just cosmetic cover ups. Truth be told, flippers are the dumbest ass hats on the planet. I just wish some someone would get a group of flippers together and do a "VT" on them.

Anonymous @ 10:47, you live on Albert? So you also paid full price and got ripped.
