Myopic sellers abound!

Relator: "Seller will entertain offers between $925k-$975k. Great Lot in a Great Spot. The huge 12, 500 sq. ft. lot includes a 3 bedroom 1-bath home that you will probably tear down, but could fix-up. This one could be something special...A huge home or four condos for investors."

This seller think he could get a million dollars for some land in a questionable area of San Diego. Good luck finding a sucker. I believe I would pay in the neighboorhood of $175K.

My God! An unappealing 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house 1000 square-foot built in 1914. This is a million dollar home??!!!

I think this is a joke. There is no way that anyone would seriously think the value is a mil. I love this blog, you just don't get this kind of entertainment anywhere else

Why.. it must be $975K because of the newly upgraded solid gold toilet!!

Does it have granite counter tops?... maybe (if it does) that is why the price is so... how do you say... optimistic?

How about posting the Realtors name? This guy needs a bell hung around his neck.

Another example of someone that needs to spend more money for his drugs.

Hey, Hey, Hey now. I heard outhouses where very valuable before the 1900s. With 20% appreciation per year, and no more Mello Roos, I think the price has hit what can only be referred to as a bargain. "Market conditions have allowed buyers to make a bid (no lowballing)to a level that they can now afford, and just might disapear forever in the next coming weeks, as prices move up slightly and start hitting normal historical land appreciation rates"
