This is one of several hundred similar homes in this brand new developement. That means that everyone bought new and within the last two years. Which means absolutely everyone is upside down in these houses...no prebubble purchasers here. Since 30-50% (and I'd guess over 70% in this complex) bought with exotics that will adjust soon, this complex, like many others nearby, will be full of FB's who have a major problem. To say nothing of the builders still building (15000 new homes within the next 5 years planned)within 3 square miles of this house. East Chula Vista is in deep doo doo.
According to sandiego.houserebate.com, existing homes for sale for Chula Vista are at 1567 while pending sales are at 27 for zipcodes 91910, 91911, 91913, 91914 and 91915. Zipcodes 91914 and 91915 have ZERO and one pending sale, respectively..
